eXPRS is currently being impacted by an issue affecting the State of Oregon's network. This is causing widespread slowness for eXPRS users, and in some cases is preventing users from logging in or working in eXPRS.

The State technical team is responding to the outage. There is no current ETA for resolution of the issue. This message will be updated when more information is available.

PSWs & DSP Staff using eXPRS Mobile-EVV: If you have EVV shifts starting or ending while eXPRS is unavailable, you will need to enter or update your Service Delivered Billing Entries manually in eXPRS after the system is available.

Brokerage eXPRS Users

The issue affecting the State's Network has delayed the run of the process which handles Rationed Fee-For-Service (RFFS) claims. When the above issue is resolved, these claims will then be processed.
