State technical teams have completed work to stabilize the network. Reports of issues with various state websites and applications have decreased. Technical Teams are continuing to monitor the network for any issues at this time.

eXPRS is currently available and functioning for users. This will be the final notice for this issue unless there are further unplanned outages or system impacts.

PSW and DSP staff using eXPRS Mobile-EVV: If you have shifts starting or ending during this timeframe, you may need to enter or update your Service Delivered Billing Entries manually in eXPRS.
