Remember to use eXPRS Mobile-EVV (electronic visit verification) to clock in and clock out.

ODDS is now monitoring PSW compliance with EVV. Not using EVV could result in action being taken against your provider number.

📢 REMINDER 📢

Senate Bill 1548 became law in 2022 and requires ALL agencies, except foster care providers, employing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who provide direct support to adults and children to complete the National Core Indicators (NCI) State of the Workforce survey. The agency must complete the survey no later than May 31st to avoid being issued a notification of intent to levy a civil penalty. All agencies open on or before 7/1/23 should have received an email notification. If not, contact us by emailing NCI.ODDS@odhsoha.oregon.gov
